Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All Merchandise on this site is custom made and orders are generally shipped within a few days up to 8 business days depending on inventory. Due to Covid-19 inventory has taking longer to receive and may delay your order. The shipping charges and times you are quoted are from after the product is ready and is packaged to ship, Not from the moment you place your order. Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact a Service/Sales Representative. Delivery times may vary during the holiday seasons. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Once USPS has your package it is out of our control as to when it will arrive, since it is now with USPS and not us. We do not have a special telephone number for USPS and have as much information as to when your package will arrive as you do with your tracking number.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Seaside Graphics is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
